The 72-hole scoring record at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial could be in jeopardy, many players said following Saturday's round.

Kenny Perry holds the mark, with 19-under scores of 261 in 2003 and 2005.

"Absolutely, easily it could be done," said Lee Janzen, whose third-round 63 moved him into a tie for 13th place at 11-under 199. "You've got four days of great conditions and soft greens, these guys are going to shoot lights out."

Janzen can also draw on final-round experience in hopes of catching Bryce Molder and Brian Davis, both at 16 under. Janzen's 61 in 1993 is the best final round in Colonial history.
