Found guilty with the jury rejecting the "insanity" claim submitted by the defense team. How in the hell could a lawyer defend this clown. Hope they give him death!!!!!!!!!

...the "insanity" plea is usually bogus IMO...I mean if you were already declared insane before the crime, you probably should have not been allowed out of "the funny farm" in the first place...and if you kill someone and then claim insanity after the fact, sorry, I'm not buying it.

...this ass hat planned this thing out months in advance and it was also proven that he was also "worried" about getting killed/caught...no, he knew exactly what he was doing and he had the mental capacity to know that it was wrong. It's just a shame that it takes our "justice system" 3 freaking years to bring these kinds of people to justice while the families must wait for closure.

...conventional death penalty procedures are to good for this guy...let the family members of the people he massacred in cold blood, take a whack at him with a Louisville Slugger until he quits breathing.

unfortunately we lack a comprehensive system of federal funny farms. fuck, we cant even take care of our vets for christ sake. i am brutally conservative, but I have compassion for the truly indigent and the loons, that's what the social safety net is for...plus our vets. everyone else does work in exchange for the helping hand.

now...for those that commit crimes against our society....penalties like death should be swift. otherwise, their families can cover the cost of their incarceration. Are we going to get them 100% right, no way. But the few errors, while tragic, as far less tragic than the overall benefit to the greater good.

this clown, oddly enough has actually served to provide psychiatrists and law enforcement some significant insight into the mind of a mass killer. once they had their analysis complete...double tap to the back of his head. Just look at the flowers James....
