"The Indianapolis Colts have issued restricted tenders to linebacker Clint Session and defensive tackles Eric Foster and Dan Muir, according to each player's agent.

The one-year contracts, if they hold up under a new collective bargaining agreement, allow the team to match any offer the players receive from another team. If the Colts don't match an offer to Session, they would receive a second-round draft pick as compensation, according to his agent, Harold Lewis. They would receive no compensation for losing Foster or Muir because they were undrafted."
