Jim Mora, Part Deux(he?s not a Junior, because his middle name is different, but how do you differentiate him from his father?), is off to a fantastic start with the Falcons. He?s 4-0, and with a team that isn?t very good. The roll has to end sometime and the Lions are just the type of young-up-and-comers to do the job. Lions 31, Falcons 27 I can't stress enough how much I disagree with this one. This may be the only pick I don't agree with this week, but wow, I strongly disagree. Maybe Sportsboy will prove why he is the one writing the articles... Atlanta D is just to tough for the Lions.
Really? I actually have to agree with him on this. I picked this as one of my upsets this week. I think Detroit is a pretty strong team. The NFC North will see them in 2nd place at the end of the season.
Detroit is OK, but if I'm not mistaken, their RB is out of the game. Atlanta is a sack machine, and Harrington won't have time to make smart decisions. Maybe they have a chance if their second string RB is any good. I don't think Vick is as good as people say, but then again, he wins games, and that's what it's about. Detroit may finish second in the central, but I'm not sure if that says more about how good they are, or about how bad the central is (after the vikes of course)
I did not know that the Lions starting RB is out. But then again, does it really matter? The Harrington/Williams hookup is starting to look like a good matchup. If the Falcons shadow Williams enough, they should be able to beat the Lions.

i still dont belive. they quit last year after they lost a few. i wouldnt be surprised if it happened again. i dont care how much discipline coughlin is giving them
