Don't really feel like voting. McCain sucks, Obama sucks. Don't know shit about the 3rd parties really.

Local Ballot measures? meh, don't really give a fuck about gay marriage or notifiying parents of abortion or any of that other shit.

So do you vote...just to vote? Is it your duty? If I vote, do I give up my right to complain? If so, why?

I might not vote, either. I haven't changed my address since I moved, so I will have to drive an hour from my work and half an hour back to my apartment just to vote for Obama, who's going to win my state by 15+, anyway.

I can't convince you to vote, because I will not be voting either. I just can't feel good about myself voting for either ticket. :sigh:

I am voting because I feel passionately that Obama will be a terrific leader and just what America needs. But, If I did not have a candidate that I believed in, I would abstain.

Vote because this is the biggest election in your life. Im sure you agree with one more than the other (gee I wonder who). You are NEVER going to have a canidate you agree 100% with so that is a BS reason. Most importantly...VOTE BECAUSE IF YOU DONT YOU ARENT ALLOWED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR GOVERNMENT. YOU HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO VOICE YOUR OPINION BY VOTE AND YOU PASSED IT BY.

What's the longest anybody here would wait to vote? If you showed up at the polls, and you assessed the situation and figured you would be in line for 2 hours, would you wait it out?

    Vote, or STFU.

Your chance to add credibility to your opinions ends Nov. 4th.

If you're too lazy to vote, your opinion is worthless.

Voting should be done online. The person with the best computer skills should lead us.

What if I don't vote in protest to the general suckiness of both candidates. I could just write in myself if I do vote, but I'm not eligible. I'm not feeling the "lesser of two evils" in this election nor do I want to vote down party lines. My party has supremely disappointed me by putting this fucking loser John McCain on the ballot.

What is my "opinion". Just because I believe that Obama is going to steer this nation towards socialism, I can't in good conscious vote for McCain, because he essentially has supported many of the same things Obama has.
