Corradi, who recently expressed his confidence in new boss Sven Goran Eriksson, is positive City are now heading in the right direction. The Italian struggled during his first campaign at the City of Manchester Stadium but has hit form in pre-season, scoring in the friendlies against Ogryte and Carlstad. "Last season there was a lack of leadership in the dressing room - that meant when things went wrong everyone was `running' in different directions," Corradi told the Manchester Evening News. "To make us a force in the Premiership everyone has to run in the same direction and that is happening now. "It has been a good start to pre-season and we are enjoying it. There is more freedom and expression in our play." The 31-year-old also praised Eriksson and his coaching staff, saying: "Players are able to go to Eriksson or the coaches if they have a problem or an opinion."</div> Well pearce certianly seemed to lose something last season, Sven has a fairly decent record in club management, so i reckon city will do well this season
