http://www.nbc5i.com/sports/9280384/detail.html While this didn't appear to be his fault he's an idiot for having a gun on him and for firing two shots in the air. People were asking him to buy drinks and sign autographs and he refused.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pack Attack)</div><div class='quotemain'>So much for "drafting for character." =)</div> Yeah ... he sounds like a dandy. Nice 4th round pick ... as the draft grade begins it's fall. lol <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Fort Worth police officers said they then heard gunshots from behind the building, and found Rodgers in the back seat of a car with an empty .40-caliber automatic handgun. Officers said Rodgers fired two shots into the air, and he had more ammunition in a seat pouch in front of him, Lt. Dean Sullivan told the Star-Telegram. Rodgers and former TCU teammates Quentily Harmon and Eric Buchanan were arrested. Buchanan and Harmon were charged with public intoxication, while Rodgers faces more serious charges of possession of a concealed weapon and discharge of a weapon within city limits.</div>
he was more of a kick returning prospect, i don't see why the went for him so high when im betting he would have been there next round.
HE fired the shots in the air to warn the guys coming at them with broken pool sticks to back off. He wouldn't sign autographs and pay for drinks. I don't condone what he did at all but he was no the one who caused the chaos.
