1) Playing/Signing Warner - This season the team had generally low expectations. He could have used full year to give Eli the time to grow as a QB while ACTUALLY playing QB. Instead his team is in limbo, they are in a position where they should be able to make the playoffs, and by bringing in Eli now there is a lot of pressure on him that wouldnt have been there if he had started him from day 1. 2) Not having surgery to remove the Bug up his butt so his player mike like him. Best thing he has done. CURE TIKI OF FUMBLITIS. That alone - COACH OF THE YEAR

Warner has won super bowl, going 5-4 with a super bowl and regualar season MVP is not that impressive
