Diaz's lawyer has filed a challenge to the NSAC's ruling that he be fined and suspended for testing positive for marijuana metabolites, claiming that while marijuana is a banned substance, inactive marijuana metabolites are not. The NSAC and it's head Keith Kizer are notoriously stubborn so this could be a pointless endeavor but we'll have to wait and see.
