He seems like the type to stay in one place but man that would be great, even if they have to overpay a little. Or do they go after Stastny this summer instead? I'd rather have JT.
I don't see that happening. Chicago has been rolling, no reason to make a major change like that. I do try to kick the tires on Stasny this offseason though. When Richards is bought out Sather is going to have to rouse himself from his slumber and get a C and LW for the top 6. We can probably find the LW in a trade right now but that is looking less and less likely.
Why would he ever want to leave Chicago. It's not NY but Chicago is a pretty cool city. Granted, he's won there twice and maybe he wants the challenge of winning somewhere else.
