    Nice piece, each figher talks about a variety of things like what their fight means to them, reflect on their careers, its 40 minutes though lol.

    Silva's snorkel training technique looks fuckin' intense. UFC.com had a feature video up on it. It is just simply intense. I've got a good feeling about Silva this weekend.

    wow, that was pretty good. Spike and the UFC has really sharpened the production of these countdowns.

    I was actually surprized myself. Some of the past ones I remembered were kind of felt like just an extended version of the commercial.
