Personally, I think DWade can start a new dynasty when Shaq retires. He is fully capable of leading his team to success and greatness. He has shown throughout his finite nba career that he is fully capable of winning games without main players in the line-up (Shaq Injury, he stepped up big time). He is amazing and I think he and lebron will start a rivalry after Shaq's retirement. What are your thoughts?

D-Wade and Dorell Wright are definitely going to be the future stars of the Heat, and with players like Quintel Woods, and Udonis Haslem on board I would surely say the future looks bright, but I'm not going to say dynasty just yet because we haven't won anything as of yet. But I don't think we'll be drafting in the lottery for at least the 7 or 9 years.
