Courtney Alexander, what happened to him?

Looking at Alexanders career numbers makes me feel a little better about the kings backcourt depth, especially after what he did in a brief stint with washington. However, I havent seen courtney alexander play in any games and havent heard of any injury he sustained. Someone must know his injury and how long hes projected to be out.

    Yeah, hows that for timing.
I think that it's a shame. I was looking forward to seeing how he would preform on the Kings. My suggestion as a possibility of why the Kings waived him was that maybe his injury was more severe than was originally thought. This move kinda makes me wonder why they also cut Ricky Minard in training camp. Maybe they have some sort of move up their sleeve...

Yeah, they waived him because he wasnt healing as fast as Kings upper management my have hope. And with Doug Christie seeming to be back, along with Bobby Jackson, the Kings backcourt situation seems to be getting more stable again. So they really didnt need to ride out Alexander's recovery period.

Well too bad about Alexander being waved, but that's the way it goes if your hurt and not healing properly. But we will be fine as it appears now,so things look good at the moment.
