DeMarcus Ware wore a big smile and he seemed almost giddy. “I’m looking forward to practice,” he said at the Cowboys’ morning walkthrough Sunday. It was a strange declaration for a ninth-year veteran player to make. But Ware had his reasons for being excited. For one, he’s healthy again. “I feel 100 percent,” Ware said. At the end of the last season, he wasn’t functioning even close to full capacity. Ware made only 2 ½ sacks in the last eight games. In the finale, he was playing with a hyperextended elbow and a torn posterior labrum in his right shoulder that bothered him throughout the second half of the season. That injury required off-season surgery and Ware wasn’t cleared to participate in the contact portions of organized team activities as he recovered from the operation. But the newly-minted defensive end, who made seven Pro Bowls as an outside linebacker, is back and ready to work. “He has a green light to go,” head coach Jason Garrett. And Ware is eager to rev up his engine. “To do everything, go out and play and feel whole again, it feels really good,” he said. “Once we put the pads on…there are no holds barred.” - See more at: http://cowboysblog.dallasnews.com/2013/07/cowboys-de-demarcus-ware-i-feel-100-percent.html/
