He will only start if 2 things happen: 1) Grossman gets injured. 2) They dont sign a vet to back up Grossman. Right now, they plan on signing a vet after the draft.

I still wish he would've resigned with the Vikes after the 1999 campaign, and let Pepper wait a few more years. He was awesome with the Vikes, and said that it was the best time he has had playing football. He threw a great ball, Carter and Moss loved him, and he threw 24 TD's in 10 games (8 starts.) Not too bad.
