After the recent crowd trouble at the European matches involving Man U and Tottenham, I've realized what British fans traveling abroad now have to face. Police from countries such as Italy no longer police British fans. The hooligan culture here today has become less apparent. But when watching the Man U game, the Roma fans where throwing themselves at the fences, provoking the Man U fans. Im not taking away the fact there is still trouble with a minority of British fans, but British fans have become prime targets for police and other fans. Many British teams have suffered badly due to crowd trouble e.g. many teams being kicked out of Europe. Why doesn't FIFA wake up and realize that crowd trouble will not stop with petty fines and warnings.
