The Tuna(Parcells) and the Tuna Helper(Jeff Ireland) continue to build a foundation of continuity by signing Channing Crowder to a 3 year deal a few days before the ILB was to become a free agent....I love this move....I didnt think they would be able to sign Crowder, but they did, and to a deal that is below market value....I am damn pleased with the job the front office is doing at the moment....
