CSN is re-running the 1992 WCF, and some thoughts from Games 1 and 2:

    - Man, Drexler was good. He could score at will, and he definately had that Jordan-esque "dog it until I need the burst" way of playing. Deceptive speed. Underrated defender. Athletic ability coming out of his ears.

    - Porter was the man. THE... MAN. If the Blazers of today had a point guard like him back in the day. He could make Brandon and Greg look like all-world stars, and the best part is that his 3-point shooting would open the floor for LMA and Brandon to do their work inside.

    - The Hair. The Fashion. Wow.

    - Both teams still played that "Jack 'em Up!" style that the Knicks and Heat killed in later years. Fun basketball to watch.

    - Karl Malone was good. So was Stockton. It's amazing the poo-poo platter that Utah had around them at this time, and Utah was still able to get to the WCF.

    - Pat Lafferty. Enough said.
