Seems like a classic Cuban move. Loses in the POs and freaks out, is determined to make arbitrary big moves. Offers Gortat a huge contract, loses out on him. Freaks out even more, goes after best FA available despite not having resources to acquire him and already having Marion, Howard, and Dirk as combo type forwards making huge money. You guys are right though, you could take advantage of this stupid asshole if he offers up Terry + extras.
