In a team meeting before practice at America West Arena, coach Scott Skiles asked veteran players if they agreed a starting lineup change was needed. They did. Skiles then announced Chris Duhon, Luol Deng and Antonio Davis are in against Utah. Eric Piatkowski, Tyson Chandler and Eddy Curry are out..</div>
Whoa, didn't see that coming. This could make an interesting game tonight. So that'll give them a starting five of something like this: PG: Duhon SG: Hinrich SF: Nocioni PF: Deng C: Davis Hmm....that could be interesting. We'll see what happens though. Quite frankly, I like the look of it. And, if it wins us a game tonight, I'll like it that much more.
I personally agree some change is needed, but disagree that starting duhon is the answer. He is a good player, but a player I see as a tyrone lue type player who performs better with less pressure off the bench. Now I do not know he may thrive as a starter, but I believe it is a mistake starting him. I also think we should leave at least one either Curry or Chandler in the starting lineup as of this point it is almost apparent one will be traded before the trade deadline so benching them right now would lower there market value.
Benching them won't necessarily lower than trade value, it all depends on how much they're played. Personally, I think it needed to be done. They're each underachieving this year. Neither is playing particularly well right now, and for that matter, the Bulls aren't either. I think it needed to be done at least for tonight, just to see what happens.

It may cost us a few perimeter shots, and force us to do a lot of help defense during the game.

I think this is the begining of the end for Chandler and Curry. They have been in many trade rumors and all. The players like Deng deserve to start because of their consistantcy and attitude. Good move by Skiles.
