A source close to the negotiations said the Bulls had offered Curry a four-year deal that would have guaranteed him $32 million, and $2 million in incentives per year, if he had received favorable results on the DNA test. If he remained healthy, the deal would have stretched over six years and could have reached $70 millionwith incentives. But the sticking point always came down to DNA testing. "I've taken a beating from a lot of people saying I was wrong to request this," Paxson said. "I don't think it was. In my heart, I would never put anyone in jeopardy. If this were a child of mine, I would have done the same thing. I'm disappointed in his response to me for the things I've tried to do for him." Curry, who is in New York for two days of examinations by Knicks doctors, said he was uncertain of the Bulls' motives in pushing DNA testing. "If they honestly care about my well-being, it's OK," Curry said. "If it was a ploy to get Eddy for cheap, they were not dealing in good faith." Curry said he didn't believe in the accuracy of a DNA test and thinks the Bulls were wrong to make it a condition of his employment. Curry, Curry, Curry I love how athletes try to play the victim after months of requesting a trade, and refusing to comply with team regulations. It’s just great how they can say stuff like this with a straight face. Curry, Paxson was not the one who refused to take a DNA test, he was not the one who refused to take a four year deal, and he was not the one who said he would leave if he signed a one year tender. Curry got himself traded, and should not even try to act like he was taken aback by it.
I think its so hard for these youngsters to think outside of themselves its sad. They have been babbied and pampered their whole life and cant see past their own nose. Curry just doesnt get it. He's ignorant of the fact that this whole city cared for him (including the bulls organization). We didnt put all those hopes on him to just give him away but he got what he wanted

lol. hopefully one of those games will be televised down here. Dont get too many bulls games (only 3 in the past 4 years plus game 5 and 6 of the Wizards playoff game). Funnily enough the Bulls havent won when they been on TV.

I am not sure if they offer League Pass in Australia that is the only reason I don?t suggest that.
League Pass should cover you. I hear if you get it now, they take something like $20 off or something so it's like $160. I was thinking about getting League Pass to see other teams, but since it's not really necessary I may pass. We'll see.

Pay-TV has ESPN and we get 2 games a week (Wednesday games and Friday Games)
I don't really understand Curry anymore. Why can athletes get away with complaining so much. What puts them so high on the totem pole? I don't get it. What was so bad about taking a drug test, seriously? If you pass, you get a paid a lot, if not, well, you're S.O.L. Beyond that, he acts like he's worth so much. To me, he's only worth that 32mil contract they were offering him, and no more. I don't care if he's a rare commodity (a good low post scorer), he's too one dimensional. He's a pathetic defender and rebounder for his height and his range doesn't extend too far out. And also, to go and say that he's being signed for cheap. Cause, last I knew, 5 or 6 million is a whole crapload of money. It's like I said, athletes think they're worth so much more then what they really are. For what he does, Curry isn't worth what he wants. Someone who plays on only one end isn't worth that much (on that note, I don't even agree with Tyson's high contract), and that's why I feel Curry isn't worth much more then 6mil or so a year. But, anyways, I guess that's my rant. And to end it all, good riddance Eddy, let the Knicks overpay you, and we'll just go on and be even better WITHOUT you this year.
