I know that the future of this team relies on the future of this guy but he has been known to have a bad work ethic. You can't really teach that but for being a 3rd year pro out of high school he's got a pretty good offensive game. It's the defense that lacks. Anyway, would you guys want to keep this guy even though his work ethic has been questioned or would you go after a big man who would fit the new team image of hard work?
I would keep him. I heard he has been working hard this off-season, along with Chandler. He needs to learn how to use his body more on defense, because he is very wide and quick, and he should learn how to use that as an advantage.
I agree with saad on this one, we should keep him if he doesnt produce for us in the next year or two then I would trade him.. But definitely never trade Chandler. OT: Can u guys believe we traded Elton Brand for Tyson Chandler???
I think Curry is going to stick around. As long as he keeps improving, the Bulls will keep him. And I think Scott Skiles will definitely help out his work ethic. He is, for the most part, the guy the Bulls are trying to build around now. He's going to be the main guy next year due to the fact that it's likely Jamal will not be a Bull. But, I believe as long as he shows improvements on both ends of the court, he's going to stay. He's still young and has the ability to be a good big man in the East. And, you have someone that could possibly be a good big man in the East, you have to try to hold on to him. Which is why they'll likely hold on to Tyson also.
I think that it's still to early to label both Curry and Chandler as busts. Despite their experience in the league, they are still young guys in their early 20's. Other players like them would be rookies or seniors in college. Unlike those players, Chandler and Curry have already had a bunch of experience, all the while still having craploads of potential left to exploit.
they were in talk with the knicks about mutumbo in the crawford talks and they wanted mutumbo so he can mature curry
