    But they are drafting players who have already played in the NBA or Europe and appears they can draft players out of HS! I thought the NBA said no to that and the NBA runs the NBDL!

    I thought the D-league always could let guys in....not everyone can pass the SATs...so they play a year in the D-league and gain elibility for the NBA draft.

    Its a lower ceiling...kind of ghetto fab.

    I remember when Jason Jennings was the last pick in that draft way back when.

    The reason for the year after high school rule is not to protect the player. It is there so teams do not have to scout high school games or pay millions to kids that sit the bench.

    I don't understand someone like Jameson Curry getting drafted, when he was drafted by the NBA 2 years ago. Couldn't he just sign with a team?

    Also, I love Yaroslv Korolev getting drafted in the 43th round. Good job Clippers, you drafted the guy in the fucking lottery, adn he's a 4th rounder in the D-League! Haha.
