Doesn't make it BS.Just means there's not enough evidence to prove it 'beyond a reasonable doubt' as it was his word vs hers.
Accusations are for a reason. Apparently he did something wrong to somebody that pissed them off, and well that's enough reason for a franchise not to grab him.
