    ?I am very pleased to take part in Basketball without Borders Europe,? said Dalembert. ?I hope to teach the children not only about the importance of basketball fundamentals but about the importance of health education and AIDS/HIV awareness?. In March, Dalembert presented a check, on behalf of himself, the NBA and the 76ers, for $22,500 to the American Red Cross to aid his native county of Haiti. The funds were used to support the people of Haiti with medical assistance and supplies, through the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.</div>
