Chris Haynes @ChrisBHaynes 29m Newly-minted #Blazers All-Star Damian Lillard on what fuels him, and via league source, considering NBA Dunk Contest http://www.csnnw.com/blazers/newly-...rd-what-fuels-him-talks-busy-all-star-weekend … thaaaaaaat would be pretty epic
The crazy thing is he could win all the contests and get the mvp in both games Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
I've never seen Damian do anything terribly artistic with his dunks. He's such a no-nonsense guy that maybe he just keeps it under wraps. It'd be hilarious anyway to see him in every contest, whether he won or not.
Have you seen him in warmups? The guy can get UP I've seen a between the legs off two feet. From a guy <6'3 that's impressive as hell. What he lacks is power. But it's made up for with his jumping ability.
It's a shame Rose and Westbrook are hurt. I love seeing PGs in there. Dame/ George / Ross or Derozan/ Wall/ Oladipo would be a decent field.
Well let me be the first to say that I think it's too much for him for one weekend. Especially for a guy who is struggling to hold it together now due to fatigue. The weekend is used to relax to clear your mind a lil bit. There won't be any of that going on for him that weekend. And by all indications, he is the one player on the team that needs it. with that said, I'd love to see him in the dunk contest.
It would be cool if he did the dunk contest. I'm not worried about him getting tired none of these events are strenuous.
i'm thinking the same thing. It's a couple quick runs and thats it. Nothing worse than a light practice.
Really? I thought Rice was asking all of the interesting questions that weren't obvious or softballs.
