New Jersey Nets small forward Damion James will undergo right foot surgery Tuesday and will be out indefinitely, the team announced Saturday night.

The surgery will be performed by Dr. David Porter at Indiana Heath Hospital in Indianapolis and involve the replacement of a screw in James' fifth metatarsal, which he fractured last season. James originally underwent surgery on his right foot on Dec. 13, 2010, and missed 33 games as a result.
