The Arizona Cardinals and kicker Dan Carpenter reached agreement on a one-year deal Wednesday, according to a league source. The 27-year-old Carpenter was recently released by the Miami Dolphins, losing his training-camp competition for a job to rookie Caleb Sturgis.
