He is the only real TE in camp as of right know and has been lighting it up and has been said to be blocking even better than last year which he was very solid at already. I'm glad he is taking advantage of Fauria's injury and Watson's hold out. I really think graham finally gets it and with all the offseason work he put in I really think he is going to blow up this season and just be another weapon for brady. I'm excited about having a legit offense for once. I assume most pats fans are on the same page as me but what do the rest of the forums fans think about graham...as a player and Fantasy Wise...Is he considered a draft pick or a waiver guy? on a side not Rodney Harrison started camp off with a bang again...but instead of blowing up little old troy brown and took on a bigger opponent adn stuck corey dillon on a short yardage drill.
Is dillon doin good in camo?? Anyway i really havent seen graham play much but when he does he seems like a good TE but is quiet and doesnt have a big effect.
I was taken by surprise when the Pats selected Watson at 32 but if it at the very least it lights a fire under Graham's butt then it will be all worth it. I'd have to think Fauria's days here are numbered. I think we'll see a more concerted effort to have a solid running attack this year.
The Pats drafted Watson but still haven't signed him. I don't think they need another TE though and looks like he wont be signed.
I was surprised as well and though it certainly looks like he has had a fire lit under his ass I'm sure it was becuase they know fauria only has a year or maybe two left in a pats uniform and we love to rotate two TE's and potentially could have the best tandem at both blocking and receiving in the NFL within a few years. I like the watson move becuase we reallt didn't need to reach for someone we needed at that pick. And he will be signed at some point.
