    Danilo Gallinari's clutch shooting overshadowed another big night from Tim Duncan.

    Gallinari scored a season-high 28 points, outlasting Duncan down the stretch and leading the Denver Nuggets over the San Antonio Spurs 112-106 on Tuesday night.
