Boston Herald: "Danny Ainge didn't tip his hand on his plans for tomorrow night's NBA draft, but he opened a bay window into the way he'll run the Celtics when speaking about the trade rumors that have been circulating lately. Given an opportunity to dismiss all the Antoine Walker talk, Ainge said, `Nobody is untouchable.'"
I agree completely. While they need Walker's scoring punch to contend, I think his trade value is worth more that he is to the team. Probably the C's best bet is to wait until mid-season/trade deadline however because as tempting as a draft-day trade is, most franchise's are much more comfortable in July with a 0 in the losses column than they are come February. Plus the Celtic's are good enough with him to stay in the playoff hunt, so they can afford to wait. It'd be interesting to see him in Chicago though. His hometown, chucking up 50 three's a game for a bad team, the look of confusion on everyone's face when a dazed ref calls a jump-ball as Walker and Jalen Rose fight for the rock. Cap it off with Jamal Crawford and Eddie Robinson on the bench teaching the new rookie(s) on to pick up groupies duringa 20 second time outs and Bulls' games might be worth the price of admission again.
