(Oct. 2, 2005) - Kansas City 's Dante Hall tied an NFL record with his sixth career kickoff-return touchdown, a 96-yarder in the second quarter against the Philadelphia Eagles. After Philadelphia's Sheldon Brown scored on a 40-yard interception return, Hall took the ensuing kickoff at his own 4-yard line and started left. He cut back right, sliced through traffic near midfield and eluded a last-ditch dive by new kicker Todd France at Philadelphia's 40 on his way to the end zone for a 24-6 lead.It was the 10th kick-return touchdown of Hall's career, his first since a 97-yard kickoff return against Denver on Dec. 19, 2004.Hall now shares the kickoff return record with Ollie Matson, Gale Sayers, Travis Wilson and Mel Gray.Hall is third on the career list for total kick-return touchdowns, behind Brian Mitchell (13) and Eric Metcalf (12).</div>you gotta admit, its pretty cool watching dante's jukes and speed get him in that endzone, he's really talented at what he doesDid anyone see him play vs. the Eagles today?
He has amazing agility, speed, and acceleration it's unbelievable. Unlike other KR's in the league lets say if nothing is open on the right side he'll try and cut back to the left. He ALWAYS tries to make something out of nothing.
yeah if you watch closely he isnt even getting that good of blocksif he was on a different team with a better ST unit he would be rocken that endzone A LOT A LOT A LOT
I like it that he gets no blocks though, because if he did actually get help he would just run one way for the score. He has no blocking so its always suspensful where hes going to run or what hes going to do.
I'm just saying if he didn't have to do all that jazz he would pick up alot more TDs and blow this record out of the water

Why doesn't he play RB? He has great speed, agility, and a good mind for the position. He loves cutting and he doesn't need blocks. Wouldn't that be his ideal position? Or is he not built enough for it.

RB's dont always run outside, they have to run between the tackles and outside to confuse the defense. He definitely doesn't have the build for a RB.
If he put on, well lets think here... 20-30 pounds he would be an awesome runningback, hes small enough 5 foot 8, that aint EVER gonna happen though.I guess if he went back in time he could of switched it up and gone down that path but now its way to late.
i like Dante Hall a lot i knew that he would tie the record but sooner or later he is going to break it.
