Indiana Pacers point guard Darren Collison, who sprained his left ankle in the second quarter of Monday's game against the Chicago Bulls, remains optimistic he can play on Thursday in Game 3. Pacers coach Frank Vogel, however, is preparing as if he won't. Collison was dressed for Wednesday's practice but did not participate in live action.
