http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2716385It's horrible, it really is. I was watching the kid play just last night and suddenly he's gone. And not that it makes his death any more or less important, but he was a hell of a player aswell.. RIP

Wow, such a tragedy.I hope this is completely unrelated to their overtime loss yesterday that cost them a playoff spot... [IMG] RIP.

This is why I hate New Year's Eve... what's the big deal, damn it?! We might as well have a New Month's Eve and a New Hour's Last Minute.

Word on the street is Javon Walker was in the limo with him, but was unharmed. It probably says it in that article, but I didn't read it so I don't know.

I was just watching Point After on NFL Network and Adam Schefter was speaking about this. He said Williams, Javon Walker, and Brandon Marshall were leaving Carmelo Anthony's New Year's Eve party and they were loading the Hummer limousine to head to Allen Iverson's party when Brandon recommended they should leave due to "gang bangers coming" but it was too late for Williams who was killed by the many bullets in the drive-by. He supposedly died in the lap or beside of Javon Walker.Again, Adam said this is unofficial but it's very possible this is what happened.I hate gangs...RIP Darrent

Well, God's got a reason to everything. I'm sure Foxworth will really step up and D-Will will be proud. Walker and Marshall will be great too then next year.

That's disgusting that they would show that. That shows no respect at all for him or his family.

They do the same with Presidents and celebrities.
