Possibly but Gary's reaction and words to the question of how much DAT is practicing are revealing, IMHO. I don't believe he's even running in practice. Gary has not been shy in the past about saying a previously injured player is 'taking snaps' 'running with the one's' etc. He offered nothing.
Well, he rolled his ankle pretty bad, and ankle injuries can be extremely difficult to shake. This could be even more difficult for someone like DAT, who is very shifty, and I can imagine that it would limit his abilities significantly.
Unfortunately, true. The higher the sprain the longer the recovery time too. I was optimistic when his injury was followed by a Colorado game. Dang, we need him vs this Udump team. DAT has been so healthy during his career.
Good I don't want to take the chance that Shaq gives a shot and re injures DAT's ankle with trepid cutting.... Time for a healthy and able Tyner to show why he's a 5* and UW is a great launch platform!!
