I am terribly disappointed with Grossman. I'd love to see someone pressure him for the starting job.

A vintage Duante would be a great fit with the Bears' defensive presense.

Daunte @ 100% would be great in Chicago. As long as DC does not sign w/ another AFCE team then I wish him the best.

Orton IMO is better than Rex.If memory serves, Orton did okay in 04 or 05.

Culpepper would not do well in a pure WCO.But, this off the wallidea "might" work; DC in Seattle. Itsa more wide open pass friendly WCO (like Philly) and after Hasselbeck the Hawks QB situation is not exactly stellar.

Seems to me that Superbowl champs need a heady quarterback. The bears defense was so good it probably didn't matter in the regular season and the playoffs. But it came down to one game and we needed Grossman to come through. His development was held back by injuries early, and he simply looks like a deer in the headlights to me, most of the time. I've never seen a quality QB telegraph their passes as Grossman does.

The backup is Griese, and I'd absolutely love to see him as the starter. Grossman may have the ability, but he's got like a big ? between his ears as far as I can tell.

I forgot about son of Bob. Brian IMO was the one QB who was not given a fairshot by the vanilla wonder (i.e. Wannstedt). I'd go on a rant about Dave but Bears fans are more than familar w/ this fool.
