<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Although Nash has said nobody is untouchable, center Dale Davis and forwards Ruben Patterson and Qyntel Woods are perhaps the most expendable. There is speculation that Davis could be going to Milwaukee in a deal involving forward Toni Kukoc. The trade would make sense for a couple of reasons. First, the Bucks are without a true center after Sunday's three-team deal sending Joel Przybilla to Atlanta. Second, Kukoc's contract expires after this season, which means the deal could help reduce Portland's payroll by about $10 million next season. Or maybe Davis could end up in Canada. The Toronto Sun reported Tuesday that the Raptors are pursuing either Davis or Washington's Christian Laettner to help take pressure off rookie center Chris Bosh, and that Toronto might be willing to part with guard-forward Morris Peterson to get a proven center.</div> Link
What possessed you to give that title to this thread? The title of the actually ARTICLE is "<font size="4"><font size="2">Nash doesn't expect to swing another deal".</font></font> Even if this goes down, the article implies that it wont. For the sake of discussion. I would love to have Tony on our team. We need more shooting and fewer "post" players.

Notice the '?' in the title.
Haha. Nasty is right. About the Mo Pete trade, I'd like it from the Blazers' point of view, but they are already stacked with swingman. I woldn't mind the loss of Davis, but Qyntel Woods looks like he has some potential and it wouldn't be wise to get rid of him at such an early stage in his career. The Blazers wouldn't want another Jermaine O'Neal.

When the GM comes out and says that he doesn't expect another trade, it's silly to make the title seem like that is what the article is about.

Not playin'? Gee I never knew that. Wow me with some more of your superior knowledge.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Big Nasty:</div><div class="quote_post">Wow me with some more of your superior knowledge. </div> Took you long enough to recognize. Have you been listening to Westside Connection's "Bow Down"?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Trail_Blazer76:</div><div class="quote_post">Took you long enough to recognize. Get out ya glasses brah, you dont seem to be readin' well.

That it is extremely unlikely, especially based on the title of the article? Is there an echo in here? Or are people just reverting to repeating me as a way of covering up there mistakes?
