<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">WASHINGTON -- A day after his tirade against referee Tony Brothers following Game 3 of the first-round series with the Washington Wizards, Bulls forward Antonio Davis wasn't backing off his criticism. After being called for his sixth foul with three minutes remaining, Davis charged after Brothers at half-court and began yelling and swinging his arms before receiving a technical and being ejected. ''If we were winning at that point, I may not have said anything,'' he said. ''When you're losing, it brings on a whole different mind-set, a whole different attitude. My mind-set was I thought he was picking on me, laughing at me at the same time. I think that that's not fair. I'm playing for a lot here. We've worked hard to get here, we've done a lot of good things to put us in this position. Don't make calls like that and laugh at it. I'm not going to stand for that.'' Davis was asked if Brothers literally was laughing. ''I think he was smiling the whole time,'' Davis said. ''He called my last three fouls and the whole time he has this funny grin on his face like something's funny. I'm a competitive guy and there's no way in heck you're gonna be smiling in that situation. Go about your business and do your job. If there's something funny, laugh at it. But if you're laughing at me in that situation, that's not fair.'' Davis also said he had no previous history with Brothers. ''On many occasions, I felt he had been very fair with us,'' Davis said. ''Maybe it was me. Maybe I was taking it more personally than I should have, but there's no history, no bad blood.</div> Source
