Dawk told us long ago and it appears hes right....after reading over and over again that A J Feeley looked avg in practices, I finally got to see him with the lights on....WOW....this guys got a rocket launcher and he knows how to use it....his numbers werent overwhelming(8 for 12, 105 yards and 1 int), but after watching the game on NFL network, I saw that he was victimized by 2 drops, he spiked one pass to stop the clock and the int was tipped by a defefensive lineman....every throw, with the exception of the tipped pick and the spike was delivered directly into the hands of the recievers....he did take a stupid grounding call, but overall, he looked fantastic....he clearly outplayed Fielder....we will see if he can do it again next week becuase hes starting against Washington, not that it will matter, the Teflon one will find a reason to go with the Fiddler.....
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (TheBeef)</div><div class='quotemain'>not that it will matter, the Teflon one will find a reason to go with the Fiddler.....</div> A J is going to have to play lights out & Jay is really going to have to stink in order for Feeley to be the man. Salisbury @ ESPN (Dawk's buddy) said Miami should go w/ Jay because he has a calming influence. I say w/ Boston going down the season is lost and like Beef said earlier. start A J & prepare for the future. If things really get bleak (1-3 or 0-4) then maybe put Jay in.
i kind of forget what i said about him. but if thats sarcasm, dont get ur hopes up becuase it is pre-season, look who else had a big game. ron dayne.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (TheBeef)</div><div class='quotemain'>you said he struggles in practice but plays well in games....which has been the case so far...</div> Acctually it was me that said that.

I do recall asking him about AJ shortly after he was acquired.
Dawk changes his name so frequently, I dont really know how many of the eagles fans are actually him....
i dissagree with E4L, AJ is average, that will win games, with a good D. he wasnt the reson we went 5-1 during mcnabbs injury, the reason was our D was domination, it had single handeldly beat the rams with the only TD, an INT off of KW in the redzone, and a shut out, it man handeld all the sucky teams we played, Seatle, Dallas, Wash. and our D had like a TD in all those games. AJ had 5-5 TD-INTs. hes average,
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (TheBeef)</div><div class='quotemain'>6-5 were the actual numbers from that season</div> yea yea 6-5, but 1 of 6 was when Koy got hurt on like the 5 yard line in frisco, then next play he throws a bullet to mike bartrum??i think, or our other backup TE.

The catch being A J has not played as frequently as Jay. Over the course of time, I guaran-damn-tee, it will be higher.

Bottom line; He will be better than Jay in this dept as well. It appears its the WR's who are strugling in camp and both Jay & A.J. are doing okay. It would seem the phins are doing more motion & formation which is something I have saying they have needed to do for years. I guess Dave will make a decision on the starter before the 3rd preseason game which means Feeley has a week and a half to kick some serious ass & take names.
is AJ still going out with heather mitts? when hthey played here they were all over the place with eachother, shes so hot to.
they are still together, there have been a few stories of her making flash cards with offensive terms on it and quizing him....shes at the olympics right now though, so hes flying solo....
