election in the states is comming up on the 2nd. its pretty scary that its even close. for the good of the world, i pray that bush isnt re-elected. anyone else got thoughts on this?
I don't really care. Both Bush and Kerry don't look like they'll be good presidents, and both of them scare me. With Kerry saying that he'd make sure terrorism is extinct, I'm really afraid that another war would arise. Not that Bush will be peaceful either.
dont get me wrong, i dont think kerry would make a great president either. i just think that he'd make a better president then bush. i doubt that kerry would go to war over terrorism. who would he go to war against?
I personally think that there will be a war somewhere within the next few years. China is looking like it'll attack Taiwan if Taiwan really wants to declare itself independent. The USA will most certainly join in in defense of a democratic nation. If not China, then the USA might get into a conflict with Russia. Russia has terroists too, and if Kerry is true to his word, he'd want to really get rid of them.
^ damn, I hardly know about the whole Taiwan/China/HK history, but yea, both presidentls look like pretty ppoor choices, but thast just me.
if china invade taiwan it could end up being a world war depending on what the US have to say about it. knowing bush, he would deffo try to stick his nose in if it happens...kerry might not. and sure russia have terrorists, but so do croatia and serbia...but their resources arent as abundant as those of al-queda. i dont see a war against russia or any other country just because they have terrorist factions that are anti-u.s.
It's happening tomorrow. Who do y'all think will win? I think Bush will win, although not by a big margin.
