In dramatic fashion, DeeJay Kriel knocked down Carlos Lincona three times in the 12th round to capture the IBF strawweight title. Going into the last round, Lincona was ahead 108-101 on two cards, with Kriel ahead 105-104 on the other. Lincona would have to be taken out of the ring on a gurney.
