Defensive rookies

I was suprised there were no topics talking about the two studs we drafted on defense, Thurman and Pollack. Pollack had a solid game with 7 tackles, but nothing amazing. Thurman had 7 tackles and that pick, and he just looked so fast out there. Is it just me who is extremely excited bengal fans? What do you guys think, was Thurman the steal of the draft? Too early to tell? What about non-bengal fans, did you see them play and what is your non-biased opinion?

all georgia defensive guys seem to have huge sucess in the NFL

 

I think the Bengals have 3 Starters from Georgia on D! Geathers, Pollack, and Thurman! Thurman has actually become my canidate for Defensive Rookie of the Year.

 

i think the 2001 georgia defense has 13 players in the nfl

 

Thurman had two tackles..eh but...two forced fumblies and recoveries tho!

 

Thurman should have had 3 FF, but we wont go there. I think Thurman has a good chance of winning Defensive rookie of the year if he contuines his strong play. Pollack, though he had those 2 offsides, was playing aggresively and I think will be a stud before the playoffs start.
