    Bucks 98, Bulls 68

Disasterous. The Bulls got outscored in the paint 46-24 by the Bucks, who's biggest inside presence is Joe Smith. The Bulls definitely need to go harder to the basket. They missed way too many opportunities in the paint.

It seemed the Bulls were off to a good start, with a 13 point lead in hand. They were doing everything right. Rebounding, diving for the ball, getting steals, and 2nd chance points. Then it was all over. It's the season opener all over again. [IMG] So many questions ran through my mind:
Why wasn't Eddy Curry in the game when the Bulls were desperate for offense?
What was the reason behind Eddie Robinson playing 25 useless minutes? He did squat. You'd think, of all people, he'd be able to finish off a fast break with a spectacular dunk or something, instead of missing a layup [IMG]
Why wasn't Roger Mason in there defending Michael Redd?
I definitely wasn't a big fan of Cartwright's coachign decisions today. [IMG]

I told everyone this was going to happen. they need to do some more layup drills. the bucks killed and exploited the chicago bulls.

Its 3 games into the season.

The Bulls were riddled with injuries in the preseason, so they didn't have time to gel. Give them a few games to get it together. But I do expect good play throughout the season. No excuses.

The Celtics started the season 1-2 versus lottery teams last season and made the playoffs.
Bulls started the season last year 2-0 and ended up as a lottery team.
The Suns, right now are 1-2. Does that mean they won't make the playoffs? No. Where teams end up in the post season isn't necessarily reflected in how they played their first three games. :thumbsdow

These 1st 3 games mean nothing. Wait till they pull it together which I know they will. There are many bright spots including Chandlers amazing rebounding ability. I expect them to do alott better later in the year. Like more than 3 games into the season.

This is a big problem: The Bulls should KNOW how to do layups. They should KNOW how to pass the ball and create movement and get the ball into Eddy or someone INSIDE. They should KNOW how to play zone defense and NOT look like they NEVER played it.

I mean from the looks of it, it feels like that don't practice. Does anyone know if they do practice? It's still early, but Cartwright has already made a bunch of mistakes. One was only playing eddy 26 min last night. And Eddie Robinson played 25 min? WHY? He also needs to learn to take timeouts and not try and let things fix themself if they keep playing

And what is Jalen doing? please Bill, if you can call out Micheal Jordan and Phil Jackson, do the same with Jalen. Tell him to pass the ball to the open person, and stop taking such erratic shots.

I really hope these guys come together soon, and not in April.
