<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Delonte West is getting healthy again and is reclaiming his point guard position in the rotation.

"The past couple of days is the first time I've felt 100% healthy all around my whole body," said West. "I can see the effects every day. I'm more confident going to the basket now. I'm putting it together."</div>
Good, I'm glad he's feeling a bit better, but he needs to prove that on the court. He's just not the same Delonte we all know and love. Last year, he was absolutely phenominal. He knocked down shots very consistantly, he hustled, he ran hard, blocked shots, made big plays, etc. I mean he was our 3rd best player. This year, very different. He has been terrible this year, honestly. He's had about 3 good games, the rest have just been horrible. He needs to step up and bounce back into 05-06 form.

Delonte needs to step up a lot for this team to be competitive. He's gotta be able to anchor that second unit. When he's not hitting his shots the 2nd unit has a terrible game. Coincidence? I think not.

yeah, he really brings some stability to the second unit when he is hitting. I've also found that when he is hitting, the rest of his game raises. He plays with more swagger, making sharper passes and playing more aggressive defense.
