Demarcus is going to Duke He was offered a scholarship since his sophomore year in high school. Both he and livingston are going there which gives Duke by far the best recruited combo of guards in the nation. In my opinion...demarcus is better than darius washington because he is stronger and plays better defense.

Demarcus im big... He has alot of muscles he can post up, drive, shoot, and he has handles. I've seen him play twice at Arco Arena, but he was not able to any H.S. championship, State or Division 1...

It was at that game when he was a junior and Valley had to player on there team that went to pretty schools for college ball... DeMarcus only had himself... He was the only player on the Vallejo team... Then in hte state championship he ended up loosing in the semifinals to Oakland Tech who was the best team in Northern Cali that year... This year with Sheldon he again was the only player on that team... I think they ended up loosing to Jesuit who is an all boys private school who always produce good squads even if they aren't talented because they always have the best coaches... i don't know about what happened with them in state this year... The guy should have gone to a prep school... he would probably a top pick this year even though he probably would have gone to college first...

Demarcus is a beast. http://www.vallejonews.com/articles/index....&webpage=79&s=1 Rivals.com has him as the #3 shooting guard which is BS he is better than that. I'm just naturally dissapointed that he committed to Duke considering my dad is a Tar Heel alumn and I am a huge UNC fan. But he deserves the respect and praise we give him.
