    the simple answer is that in many red states, they have wholesale laws that prohibit the public or retailers from buying from the brewer directly, and wholesalers get huge kickbacks for refusing to distribute anything but the multinational corporate swill.

    the beer wholesaling laws in this country generate around 15 BILLION dollars a year that would otherwise go into the pocket of the consumer, via this government sponsored monopoly, as the markup from wholesaler to consumer is anywhere from 18-25 percent.

    who says it's (D) voters doing the brewing? Aren't they "big businesses" or "corporations" that are part of the evil "1%"? :devilwink:
