Deng has always been active in the community as well as doing alot of charity work. I remember reading about him around Christmas time, when he bought gifts for 500+ underprivileged children.Deng is a real good guy, I can't wait to watch him play this weekend.</span>
This award means the least out of all of them to most people, but it's nice to see Deng get something, he's easily one of my favorite young players in the NBA. Also, didn't P.J. Brown win this award once or twice before?
That's a shame too CB32, because it says a lot about the character of some players. You have guys like Stephen Jackson who get drunk and fight people at bars then people like Deng who really give back to the community. I bet Gomes was in the running for this, he did a ton of community related events this year. I personally like this award.
LuuuuuuuuuuuuolI love this guy..he is such a great player and such a great personExpect big things from Deng in the future
As a raptors fan, I was disappointed that Anthony Parker didn't win. Then again, it's a tough choice though. Both of them are good players
