Derek Stepan flat out sucks on faceoffs

    Honestly, if he's not going to do better than this, it's time the organization considers moving him to wing or having one of his wings take draws.

    Half the reason he sucks on faceoffs is because he doesn't care. If you watch him, he doesn't put much effort into winning them. He goes up there half-ass and doesn't even battle for the puck most of the time. I'm shocked the staff lets him continue to do that.

    This team is passive in other areas as well. The shooting and passing in some games is an absolute joke. 19 shots in a period should be domination. Instead they make like way too easy on opposing goalies with their weak efforts.
