I'm just throwing the idea out there....how about Starbury to the Raptors? I would take him in a second, as long as NY chewed up most of the contract. Why wouldn't we? I would love to see a problem player come to Toronto and see if Bosh can keep him in check.

I'm not sure how this would work...could anybody shed light or state opinon? I'm not well versed with how the cap effects trades....

If we could get rid of Kapono that would seal the deal for me!

I;m not 100% against this but I'm honestly not sure where i stand for this. But he'd chuck too much, but we need a spark, maybe he can give it. But iId settle with no getting him. But that is not concrete at all

I'd love it. He's not a bad player at all, just has some problems. He's a vet PG I think we lack and he can still score and pass and he's not to injury prone. If BC can get him for cheap, I say go for it.

Oh dear god no. No offense or anything norespect, but Marbury is the last thing this team needs IMO. There's already a thin layer of frustration and discontent amongst the players. It's almost a given that Marbury would add to that (maybe not this year, but at some point he would). This has been documented over and over and over again. Remember last year when there were rumours that the Cavaliers would attempt to placate Lebron during a particularly rough patch by trading for him? Lebron even admitted that he was too much of a headcase and didn't want him there.

yeah i wouldn't want to see Marbury on this team. the backcourt is pretty weak but i don't think he'd improve it all that much.

if he were free, i'd think about it but being this close to the luxury means he'd cost us 5+ mill even if he was signed to the min.
