So allegedly Stephens and a friend we at Fat Tony's Sports Tap (great Simpson's reference) in Des Moines, Iowa. Another guy who they presumably had a verbal altercation with inside the bar was told to leave (probably due to drunk and or disruptive behaviour). He was in the parking lot with his wife when Stephens and his friend came outside and each of them punched him. The man's wife tried to get him into their car but Stephens and his friend dragged him out and punched and kicked him for up to a minute, knocking him out and causing him to stop breathing twice. His wife took him to the hospital in where he arrived in critical condition. No word yet on the man/victim's condition.
